I booked this hotel one in advance, When I got here, they changed my reservation to (Hotel Dolmiti) without sending me any notification. Hotel Dolmiti is the worse hotel ever. They have a disco and a club downstairs and drunk people come out to smoke cigarettes and yelling until 2 AM, good luck getting any sleep, Even my children woke up because of the noise. You can hear them even if you close the windows. Also, remind you, there is no central AC in these hotels so you have to leave the window open to get some fresh cold air. The rooms were so hot.

Personnel was not very polite and didn't provide all the information that would be needed or helpful. It was also very strange that using the pool and spa was not included in the booking and one had to pay even if you stayed on the hotel. We only found out once we showered and were ready to enter the pool!!!
